What happens if I forget my master password?
Only you hold the key, so we can't reset it for you — that's the whole point of end-to-end encryption. You can still unlock on enrolled devices with biometrics or your device lock, and you can export your vault any time you have access. Keep your master password somewhere safe.
Is it safe to keep my passwords in my own cloud?
Yes. Every item is end-to-end encrypted before it leaves your device. The cloud only ever stores ciphertext, never your plaintext passwords or keys. We use proven, standard cryptography (XChaCha20-Poly1305, Argon2id).
What happens to my passwords if the service shuts down or I cancel?
Your vault lives in your own cloud, not on our servers, so it stays right where it is. You can keep read-only access or export it in a standard format any time.
Can I move over from another password manager?
